Sharon Richmond is an internationally recognized author, executive coach and speaker who works with game-changing C-level execs to accelerate their companies' growth. She has led consulting practices for M Squared Consulting and 54th Street Partners, and worked with several well-known consultancies.
In 2010, Sharon launched and led Cisco’s first global Change Leadership center. Through her company, Richmond Associates she advises leaders across technology, bio-pharma, health care, and education organizations. Based in the heart of Silicon Valley, Sharon especially thrills to work with leaders of rapidly scaling companies, whether venture-backed start-ups or mid-market companies scaling new challenges.
Sharon is the author of Introduction to MBTI® and Leadership, 2nd ed. (© 2016), which introduces both the world's simplest leadership model, and 16 customized paths for developing leadership capabilities.
Sharon earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she has taught leadership, and co-designed several courses including the acclaimed Leadership Fellows and Labs, a two-tiered experiential leadership program for MBA students, profiled in the Wall Street Journal.
